The Central Library is the knowledge hub of the institution, supporting teaching, learning, research, and innovation by providing access to quality information resources and modern library services. Centrally located in the Administrative Block with easy access from all academic departments, the library offers a comfortable and technology-enabled learning environment for students, faculty, researchers, and staff.

The library houses a rich collection of more than 25,000 printed books, e-books, online and offline journals, video lectures, digital archives, previous years’ university question papers, project reports, seminar reports, and other academic resources covering various disciplines of engineering and technology. To support academic excellence and research, the library is an institutional member of the Developing Library Network (DELNET) and the National Digital Library of India (NDLI). Users also have access to a wide range of national and international scholarly journals through the One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) platform.

The library is spread over three floors. The Ground Floor houses the circulation and stack sections, the First Floor accommodates the air-conditioned Digital Library and reading area, while the Second Floor contains the reference section and additional reading facilities. The well-equipped Digital Library features more than 30 networked desktop computers with high-speed LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, enabling seamless access to electronic resources, online databases, and digital learning materials.

The library is fully automated using the Koha Integrated Library System (ILS) and offers a user-friendly Web OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) for efficient searching and retrieval of library resources. It also provides remote access to subscribed electronic resources, allowing users to access information anytime and from anywhere.

The library regularly conducts user orientation and information literacy programmes to familiarize users with its resources, digital services, and research support facilities. With its comprehensive collections, advanced technology, and dedicated services, the Central Library continues to play a vital role in enriching the academic and research activities of the institution.
